Report and Recommendations from the Westside Cities COG Homeless Issues Sub-Committee.  Update on Cities’ Adoption of Homeless Resolution; Bring LA Home efforts. Discussion of advocacy regarding regional homeless solutions including potential use of the VA property, proceeds from Proposition 63 funding for mental health services and creation of a regional leadership position on homelessness.

Review of League of Cities Executive Sub-committee recommendations regarding HCD target housing goals.
