Edelman as Special Representative on Homeless Initiatives; convening local area hospitals to capture hospital costs associated with homelessness and form an advocacy group; inter-agency coordination/continued advocacy of proposal for therapeutic housing for homeless veterans on the West Los Angeles VA campus; the CARES process; LA Times Homeless Forum 2/15/06.
