(A)	Adoption of a Resolution Amending the By-laws Regarding Representation in the Absence of a Member City’s Delegate or Alternate.
(B)	Consideration of Whether to Refer to Member City Legislative Bodies a Potential JPA Amendment That Would Allow Staff to Represent/Vote on Behalf of a Member City in the Absence of Member City Delegate or Alternate.
(C)	Continued Discussion Regarding Alternatives to Time, Place and Manner of Conducting Future WSCCOG Board Meetings.
(D)	Nomination of Representative for a Vacancy on the Westside/Central Service Sector Governance Council.
(E)	Appointment of Alternate Representative to the MTA’s Technical Advisory Committee.

Consideration of Request from South Bay Cities Council of Governments to Become a Participant in the Legislative Effort to Expand the South Coast Air Quality Management District Board to Provide for Equitable Representation for Cities in Los Angeles County.

Report and Recommendations from the COG Homeless Committee - Advocacy regarding regional homeless solutions/initiatives; Los Angeles County Plan; Santa Monica Homeless Community Court; Los Angeles City Council Homeless Committee Actions; Continued advocacy - Housing for homeless veterans on the West Los Angeles VA campus

6. RECEIVE & FILE, DIRECTION RE: CORRESPONDENCE

(A)	Receive and file January 2, 2007 memo from Barbara Dove, Government Affairs Analyst, SCAG, advising the time has come to declare or elect a representative to the SCAG Regional Council District Representative for District #41; and schedule declaration/election for the March 15, 2007 WSCCOG meeting.
(B)	Receive and file January 5, 2007 letter from Mark Maloney, General Manager, Metro, Westside/Central Service Sector, requesting the WSCCOG re-nominate or nominate replacements for the three individuals currently representing the WSCCOG on the Westside/Central Service Sector Governance Council; and schedule re-nomination/nomination for the March 15, 2007 WSCCOG meeting.

8. DISCUSSION REGARDING CALENDARING OF FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS

(A)	Approval of revised calendar of WSCCOG Meetings for 2007
(B)	Confirmation of location of future COG meetings: March 15, 2007: Location in Culver City May 24, 2007: Location in Los Angeles NOTE: Changed meeting date
(C)	Items for future agendas (1) 2007 Presentation on Homeless Community Court Pilot Project (To be scheduled following project implementation).

Members of the public may address the Westside Cities COG on any subject on or off the agenda by raising a hand, being recognized by the chair or meeting facilitator and shall confine comments three minutes per speaker.
