Receive and file January 2, 2007 memo from Barbara Dove, Government Affairs Analyst, SCAG, advising the time has come to declare or elect a representative to the SCAG Regional Council District Representative for District #41; and schedule declaration/election for the March 15, 2007 WSCCOG meeting.

Receive and file January 5, 2007 letter from Mark Maloney, General Manager, Metro, Westside/Central Service Sector, requesting the WSCCOG re-nominate or nominate replacements for the three individuals currently representing the WSCCOG on the Westside/Central  Service Sector Governance Council; and schedule re-nomination/nomination for the March 15, 2007 WSCCOG meeting.

  Members of the public may address the Westside Cities COG on any subject on or off the agenda by raising a hand, being recognized by the chair or meeting facilitator and shall confine comments three minutes per speaker.
