- Recommendation from the Sustainability Committee that the COG governing board adopt the set of four Ahwahnee Principles for Resource-Efficient and Livable Communities:

- Ahwahee Principles for Resource-Efficient Communities; and,
- Ahwahnee Principles for Economic Development,
and recommend adoption by each member jurisdiction.

- Recommending from the Homeless Issues Committee that the COG governing board 1) proactively pursue with the State if the armories can be allocated for use by the Winter Shelter program at a reduced or no cost, and 2) give authority to staff begin lobbying which will include getting lobbyists involved.
