Portraits of Hope: Neon in 3-D at the Lily Pond
It’s about to be a bright, beautiful night in Beverly Hills tomorrow, Wednesday, August 2nd!
Mayor Lili Bosse and the City Council invite you to join them as they unveil an awe-inspiring creation by artist Ed Massey on Wednesday, August 2nd at 8:00 pm at the Lily Pond in Beverly Hills Garden Park. “Portraits of Hope: Neon in 3-D at the Lily Pond” is just the beginning of a B.O.L.D. (Beverly Hills Open Later Days) month in Beverly Hills and you will not want to miss this grand opening.
The historic Beverly Hills Sign and Lily Pond will be transformed and brought to life with more than 1,000 art discs painted in eye-popping, fluorescent colors. 3-D glasses will be on hand to experience the colors appearing to rise off of the discs, floating in the air. A delight for children and adults alike, this wonderful installation is perfect summer fun for all to enjoy. To learn more, go to beverlyhills.org/BOLD and we cannot wait to see you there!
